    仙草糕

    嘿嘿，猜不出来是什么吧，我们老家那边叫这个是仙草糕（凉粉），有两种颜色，黑和白，分别用不同的仙草（凉粉）做的吧，小时候吃的比较多的就是黑色的仙草糕，凉凉的，略带点苦，没有龟苓膏的那种药味，放点糖浆或是蜂蜜就是一种很好的消暑甜品了。长大后还少回去了，更难得吃到仙草糕，没想到这次回老家居然发现家里有好几盒凉草粉，赶紧掠夺了两盒，周末按照说明做了一大碗，看起来还蛮有小时候的感觉的，还是老家好吃的东西多啊^_^
